ORDERS

1. Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Not at the moment — all Studio Amyth pieces are designed and made by me in limited runs. Keep an eye on the shop for new drops!

 

2. How long does it take to process my order?

Since everything is handmade, please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be made and prepared before it ships. I'll send you a confirmation once it's on its way.

SHIPPING

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Studio Amyth ships worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location and will be estimated at checkout. Check "shipping policy" for more info.

 

2. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Can I return my order?

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

2. What if my item arrived damaged?

Oh no — I'm so sorry if that happened! Please reach out via the contact page within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and I'll take care of everything for you!

 

3. How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 14 days back to your original payment method.
